for mah waife

i remember the first time i read "100 Years of Solitude" and how something in it clicked with something that was within me. to be a complete mount holyoke weenie (NERD ALERT) i can honestly say that magical realism is my favorite literary movement and ill read aaanything that even remotely echoes the original outlines of magical realism. i still haven't worked through the original 100 a~os de soledad en espa~ol, but its on mah list of things to accomplish before i die.
