on the new york times webpage, this popped out at me. hopefully, the title will intrigue you all as well. "On the Street, the Deciders." It is a narrated photocollage of Bill Cunningham, a NYT photog. Cunningham photographs & then elaborates on what he calls "the 4th dimension of fashion": the concept of the street as the runway.
